Your Role and Responsibilities As a GTM Product Manager, you will apply your technical skills to help our sellers and partners achieve their business outcomes. You will guide business and IT executives through the changes needed to unlock the full value of our software solutions, show users how to get value out of their solutions, identify expansion opportunities, and work with the sales team to ensure execution of the new deals process.To be successful in this role you:
o Demonstrate a history of success as a consultant, pre-sales, enterprise architect, or equivalent o Deeply understand customer business and technology needs; become the face of the Product to the customer o Serve as a trusted technical expert in order to identify expansion opportunities by matching client requirement to technical solutions o Have a proven track record of leading client conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions o Have handled difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions o Willingness to take initiative and tackle things on your own o Ability to navigate data and people to find answers o Execute customer success plan to drive adoption post-deployment o Support pricing and documenting details in work order including working with client procurement and legal counsel and IBM legal counsel and services management to document and finalize service agreements o Work with sales and product teams on expansion opportunities, including proposals and bids o Work with implementation project team to transition clients from project to support o Working with Channel partners to achieve similar outcomes listed above with their clients o Ensure all project artefacts are created in line with company best practices and stored online in the relevant system Location:

years of experience in enterprise Software product management o 3
years of experience in messaging, content and creating sales assets o Analytical skills to understand and interpret data o Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of organization Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise o Experience working in B2B Enterprise Software, SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and/or Cloud o Growth mindset with an entrepreneurial drive; proven ability to think big and influence others o A strong team player - comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders o Self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment o High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously o Enjoy getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks and working in ambiguous environments where you must wear many hats o Effectively influence both technical and non-technical audiences up to the senior executive level o Passion for protecting the planet o Experience with sustainability-focused marketing initiatives
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
